Rates are $375 per night for up to 4 guests which includes access to main house only or $525 per night for 5-8 guests which includes main house and cottage. Please inquire for rates for extended stays and special discounts offered during low season (Nov-April).

There is a 2 night minimum at all times and a 3 night minimum during holidays. Note that entire property (main house and cottage) must be rented to book during Holidays.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Housekeeping will be provided at no extra charge at the end of your stay.

Children and pets by prior approval only, no smoking on property.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total rent shall be required at the time of booking the property, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received earlier than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay.

Check-in for all properties is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Hillhaven is in a quiet, residential area, and guests shall be cognizant and respectful of neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum. No parties may be hosted at the properties. A release of liability and agreement regarding damages will be required from each guest at booking. A $500 cleaning deposit will be taken to cover any extra cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

Hillhaven is available for vacation home swapping as well as rentals. Please email owners if interested in swapping vacation homes. Please include photos of your vacation home, information about your home and desired dates of travel.
